Turn Around Time
Jewelry/other keepsakes: 16-18 weeks (from the day we recieve your components)
Wooden Keepsakes: 20-25 weeks (from the day we recieve your components)
Milk Instructions
AMOUNT: Need 5oz of Milk to preserve it.
**If you do not have 5oz, message us and we can get a special order of preservatives.
**Any milk will work (old, new, or expired)
It just needs to be frozen while shipping to prevent spoilage.
Shipping
**Make sure to include a note with order number and your name in the package.**
•Place your milk in multiple ziplock bags to make sure it can be protected from leaks.
•If shipping other components as well, place it in a seperate bag from the milk.
•Place the frozen milk in ziplock bags into a water- resistant padded envelope.
•Please only send the amount of breastmilk needed for your order.
•Once you have recieved your tracking number, please email us at
[email protected] and put in subject line Tracking for order #_ _ _ _ so that we can watch for your package!
•We will message you immediately after we have picked up your order from the post office.
CREMATION/ASHES INSTRUCTIONSJewelry: About 1/2 teaspoon

•Package them and
please make sure you ship Priority Express with tracking to make sure they arrive quickly and safely. •Once you recieve a tracking number, email us at
[email protected] with order number/name and put as the subject line "Tracking for Order # _ _ _ _" so we can watch for your loved ones.
•We will message you immediately once we have recieved your package from the post office.

Cancellation Policy
Per our cancellation policy, you are able to cancel within 24hrs of your order with a full refund and within 5 days to recieve a refund with 20% cancellation fee. After day 5, we are not able to give a refund out as supplies/setting are ordered accordingly.
